These salmon patties are so delicious and easy to make! Made with fresh salmon, scallions, and a quick seasoning blend, they’re full of flavor and are great either in a bun or served with a salad for a more low-carb option!

To save time you can just coarsely chop one-fourth of the salmon then roughly chop the rest and throw it into a food processor until it’s finely cut.
Fresh Salmon Burger
Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon, skin removed
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp chilli powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 scallions

- 4 burger buns
- cucumber slices

- BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Coarsely chop ¼ of salmon into ¼-inch pieces.
- Finely chop remaining ¾ of salmon as finely as possible and place all of salmon into a bowl.
- Thinly slice scallions, white and greens, and add into bowl with seasonings.
- Mix until evenly combined.
- Divide mixture into four and form into patties then chill for at least 20 minutes to firm up.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook patties for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Toast buns, if using, for 1-2 minutes then top your toppings of choice.
