Burger Patties
- Mix together all ingredients and shape into 4 ounce patties that are about ½-inch thick. Indent the center slightly
- Heat a skillet with a little bit of oil on medium-high heat.
- Once hot, cook on both sides for about 3-4 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165℉.
- (Alternatively, sear on both sides for 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Finish cooking in oven at 200℉ until internal temperature reaches 165℉.)
Hoisin Glaze
- Mix all ingredients together, adjust to taste.
Assemble
- Toast buns in the warm pan the burgers were cooked in.
- Top burgers with sauce, cucumber slices, jalapeño slices, lettuce and herb mix.
