Hey, Everyone!! Welcome to Eats by Keeks!

I’m Keirra Butts – a certified personal trainer and nutritionist with a love for all things health and wellness. Since starting my professional career in the fitness industry, I wanted to combine my love of food and fitness and create a platform that could educate people on both. Each have always been a huge passion of mine, and have helped me achieve a healthy lifestyle, while still enjoying all the good stuff!

With Eats by Keeks, I want to provide people with the tools they need to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle as well. Food is such a huge part of overall health; I want to help people create a more positive relationship with it, making them more aware of what nutrients they should be putting into their bodies, and understanding how food can affect their health. And most importantly, I want people to understand that just because food is healthy, doesn’t mean it needs to lack flavor!

Here you’ll find easy-to-make recipes that can be integrated into a busy lifestyle, give you a variety of meal options, and, of course, taste amazing.
