This Shrimp Udon Stir Fry is a delicious one-pan meal. It has chewy udon noodles, lots fresh veggies and high in protein.

Udon noodle stir fries have become one of my favorite meals to make recently. They super quick, easy to make, and versatile as you can easily swap out what every protein and veggies you have on hand. Like in this Beef Udon Stir Fry.

  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp white pepper
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper, to taste

  • ⅓ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • ½ tbsp cornstarch

  • 2 cups shredded carrots

  • 3 cloves grated garlic
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 6 servings cooked udon noodles

  • In the meantime, heat up udon noodles per package directions, drain, toss with a tsp of oil to avoid sticking, and set aside.
  • Once veggies are done, add back cooked shrimp, noodles, and sauce. Toss until evenly combined. Garnish with greens of scallions and sesame seeds.
