This sweet and spicy Hot Honey Glazed Salmon is about to be your new favorite recipe! This tender flaky salmon with a zesty hot honey glaze is done in under 30 minutes and will make for the perfect weeknight meal.

This salmon dish comes together in under 30 minutes. Simply bake the salmon with a dry rub blend of garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and some salt. Meanwhile, bring together the glaze in a small pan over medium-low heat then pour over your perfectly cooked salmon.

Hot Honey Glazed Salmon

Servings 3 servings

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb salmon
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika
  • salt to taste

Hot Honey Glaze

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup hot honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 scallions, whites and greens separated
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

garnish

  • greens of scallion
  • lemon zest

Instructions
 

For salmon,

  • Preheat oven to 400℉.
  • Cut salmon into 3 portions. Mix together garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt to taste. Season all sides of salmon.
  • Place on lined baking sheet and bake for 15-18 mins. Turn to broil on high for 2-3 mins.

For glaze,

  • In a small sauce pan over medium-low heat, add butter, hot honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, and whites of scallions. Mix and let simmer until garlic becomes fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.

To assemble,

  • Once salmon is cooked, spoon glaze over all sides of salmon. Garnish with lemon zest and greens of scallions.
