Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 1 & ¼ cup Almond Flour
- ¾ cup All-purpose Flour
- ¼ cup Coconut Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- ½ tsp Baking Soda
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp Salt
Wet Ingredients
- ½ cup Mashed Bananas (about 2 small bananas)
- ¼ cup Coconut Oil, melted
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- ½ cup Chocolate Chips
- ¼ cup Peanut Butter Chips, optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a medium bowl, combine all the dry ingredients together until evenly mixed.
- In a separate large bowl, peel then mash bananas.
- Mix in coconut oil and vanilla until evenly combined.
- Mix half of dry mix into wet mix until just combined then add in other half of dry mix and mix again until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and peanut butter chips if using.
- Form into balls on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes and cool slightly before serving.
