Make this super easy Strawberry Chia Seeds Pudding for breakfast or a snack! Make ahead for an easy snack on the go.

Health Benefits

Chia seeds are a great healthy ingredient to add into your diet. Some benefits include, they’re high in fiber, about 10g per serving. High in protein, omega-3 fatty acids, magnesium, antioxidants and many more micronutrients.

Chia Pudding Variations

One reason I love chia seeds pudding is because it’s super versatile and can be made into so many flavor combinations. I also enjoy adding them into overnight oats for extra fiber and protein, like in this Blueberry Chia Overnight Oat Recipe or into a Chia Seed Jam to use in place of store bought jelly/jam as a lower sugar alternative
