- milk of choice
- oats
- chia seeds
- maple syrup
- and vanilla

Chai Spiced Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 2 bags chai tea
- 2 cup milk of choice, I used almond milk
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1½ tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
additional toppings
- chopped almonds, banana, extra cinnamon
Instructions
- Over low heat, steep the tea bags in the milk. Keep heat low enough to avoid milk from simmering.
- Steep for about 10 minutes then remove bags and allow milk to cool down.
- Meanwhile, milk together remaining ingredients (minus any toppings) in a medium sized bowl. Once milk had cooled down to room temperature, pour over oats and mix until evenly combined.
- Store in fridge overnight. When ready to serve remove from fridge and top with additional preferred toppings.
