Protein Brownie Bites

If you’re like me you’re always craving something sweet and these Protein Brownie Bites are the perfect treat that won’t leave you feeling guilty. Made with only 11 ingredients and filled with fiber and protein.

Protein Brownie Bites

Servings 12 balls

Ingredients
  

Brownie

  • β…“ cup almond flour
  • β…“ cup oat flour
  • β…“ cup almond or peanut butter
  • 1 serving chocolate protein powder or collagen powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • pinch of salt

Chocolate Coating

  • ΒΌ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix together all the brownie ingredients until evenly mixed.
  • Use a tablespoon measuring spoon to scoop out and form into 12 balls. Place on a plate and set in fridge to chill for at 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, microwave chocolate chips and coconut oil for 20s. Stir then heat in 10s increments until chocolate is melted.
  • Use a fork to help coat the balls in the chocolate then place on a parchment lined plate sprinkle with additional salt if preferred. Repeat with all the balls and place back into fridge until set.
  • To store, keep in an airtight container in the fridge.
