Banana Chocolate Chip Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
Wet Ingredients
- ½ cup mashed banana
- 5.3 ounces ( or ½ cup) plain non-fat greek yogurt
- ¾ cup plain almond milk, or your favorite non-dairy milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
Dry Ingredients
- ½ cup almond or oat flour
- 1 cup unbleached all purpose flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 30 g plain or vanilla protein powder
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
For cooking,
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together all the wet ingredients until evenly combined.
- Add in dry ingredients, except chocolate, and mix until evenly combined. Then stir in chocolate chips
- Lightly butter a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Once hot, scoop out ⅓ cup of batter and pour onto skillet. Once bubbling around the edges, about 3-4 minutes, flip pancakes over to cook for another 3-4 minutes. Repeat by butter skillet again and continue cooking pancakes in batches.
