Best Healthy Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Super easy and delicious one-bowl chocolate chip banana bread. Made with wholesome ingredients but you won’t even be able to tell it’s healthy!

Banana bread is my go to banana recipe when all my bananas start to ripen. It’s as delicious as it smells and will have you salivating while it bakes in the oven. I like to enjoy my slice warm with a little bit of nut butter on top.

How to store banana bread?

If you’re like me, you probably won’t have any leftovers, but if you do, wrap it in either plastic wrap or in an airtight container. Can store on the counter for a few days or in the fridge for a longer, but no more than 5 days before it starts to taste stale. I like to reheat mine in the convention oven for a few minutes until warmed.

  • Grease a loaf tin or line with parchment paper. Add in mix.

  • Broil on high for a few minutes to brown the top. Keep a close eye on it.
