These Chopped Chicken Salad Wraps are an easy healthy meal perfect as a quick lunch, dinner or snack. Loaded with crispy chicken, chopped cabbage and carrots, crispy wontons, avocado and a toasted sesame dressing.
I love this Asian-inspired chopped chicken salad wrap for a few reasons. It involves minimal cooking and it’s loaded with lots of flavors and texture. Using store bought short cuts is one of my favorite time savers. This recipe uses a pre-packaged salad mix that includes dressing and crispy wontons. Combined with crispy oven baked chicken tenders and creamy avocado, makes for a delicious combination.
I love a meal I can eat with my hands and can be eaten on the go. But make no mistake this recipe could also be enjoyed as a simple salad as well for a lower carb option.
