This Chicken Caprese Sandwich brings together all the great flavors of a caprese into a crispy chicken sandwich.
This crispy chicken is made even easier by using my favorite store bought chicken tenders and cooking them until crispy in the air fryer.
Choosing the right bread for a sandwich is key. Making these in a toasted ciabatta roll brought the sandwich together perfectly. It’s slightly chewy and perfectly golden brown from the garlic butter.
Finishing off the sandwich with a balsamic glaze is my favorite part. Buying the store bought version is another great way to save time in the kitchen.
