These easy Cinnamon Sugar Grilled Pineapple make for the perfect summer treat! They’re healthy, sweet, cinnamon-y and made with only 3 simple ingredients.

Cutting the Pineapple

You can skip this step all together by buying pre-cut pineapple spears, but it only takes a few extra minutes to cut your own. Simply cut the top and bottom end off. Slice off the skin. Cut into four even pieces. Cut the core off, then slice in half lengthwise to get 8 equal pieces.

Cinnamon sugar goodness

I like to use coconut sugar for this recipe but regular granulated sure works as well. When the sugar hits the grill pan heat, it caramelizes to add more yummy flavor to the sweet pineapple.
