Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough & Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bars
Ingredients
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Bars
- ⅓ cup oat flour
- ½ cup almond flour
- 30 g protein flour (I used cinnamon flavored, but vanilla or chocolate are also recommended.)
- ¼ cup nut butter of choice
- 2 tbsp + 1 tsp almond milk
- ¼ tsp vanilla
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- ⅓ cup mini chocolate chips
Chocolate PB Protein Bars
- ⅓ cup almond flour
- ⅓ cup oats
- 30 g protein powder (I used cinnamon flavored, but vanilla or chocolate are also recommended.)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ¼ cup nut butter of choice
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- pinch of sea salt, optional
Instructions
- Mix together in bowl all ingredients for either bar until dough forms.
- Press into a small baking dish lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate to harden.
- Cut into 6-8 rectangles.
- Store leftovers in air tight container in the fridge.
