(I used cinnamon flavored, but vanilla or chocolate are also recommended.)

nut butter

Instructions
Mix together in bowl all ingredients for either bar until dough forms.
Press into a small baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Refrigerate to harden.
Cut into 6-8 rectangles.
Store leftovers in air tight container in the fridge.
