Small Batch Almond Granola
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp vanila extract
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- ¼ cup almonds, salted or unsalted
- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
- preheat oven to 325°F.
- In a bowl combine, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla and sugar until evenly combined.
- Roughly chop almonds and add into bowl along with oats, flax seeds, cinnamon and salt. Mix until evenly coated.
- Evenly spread out mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Stir mixture and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely before breaking into pieces.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
