preheat oven to 325°F.
In a bowl combine, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla and sugar until evenly combined.
Roughly chop almonds and add into bowl along with oats, flax seeds, cinnamon and salt. Mix until evenly coated.
Evenly spread out mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes.
Stir mixture and bake for another 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool completely before breaking into pieces.
Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
