Less than 20-minutes to make this high Protein Pizza using a store bought short cut: frozen pizza. Great for a quick weeknight meal that’s high in protein by adding chicken sausage to a frozen Banza Margherita Pizza. Additionally, pair this with a side salad for a more complete meal.

Protein Pizza with Chicken Sausage
Ingredients
- 1 frozen margherita pizza, I used Banza brand
- 1 chicken sausage, cut into ¼-inch slices
- ¼ small zucchini, cut into thin slices
- 2 tbsp basil pesto
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven according to pizza instructions
- Cut sausage into ¼-inch rounds. Thinly slice zucchini, using a mandoline slicer or knife.
- Spread the sausage and zucchini over the pizza. Bake according to package directions.
- Once baked, transfer pizza to a cutting board. Top with pesto then cut into 8 slices and enjoy!
