Protein Pizza with Chicken Sausage

Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen margherita pizza, I used Banza brand
  • 1 chicken sausage, cut into ¼-inch slices
  • ¼ small zucchini, cut into thin slices
  • 2 tbsp basil pesto

Method
 

  1. Pre-heat oven according to pizza instructions
  2. Cut sausage into ¼-inch rounds. Thinly slice zucchini, using a mandoline slicer or knife.
  3. Spread the sausage and zucchini over the pizza. Bake according to package directions.
  4. Once baked, transfer pizza to a cutting board. Top with pesto then cut into 8 slices and enjoy!
