Skip the take out and delivery fees and make your own healthier orange chicken at home! This Chicken is made healthier by air frying the chicken without any oil then tossed in a homemade orange sauce.

As you may already know, Chinese Take Out isn’t the healthiest food option. Often loaded with a lot of sodium, sugar and made with lots of oil.
But this recipe is a much lighter orange chicken recipe! Made with less sodium and sugar, and crisped up in an air fryer without any oil. It’s a lot more calorie conscious than the take out version without sacrificing the taste!
