Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
 - In a medium bowl, mash bananas with a fork.
 - Add in remaining wet ingredients and whisk until well combined.
 - Add in all dry ingredients, except chocolate chips and mix until just combined. Mix in chocolate chips and mix again just until evenly combined.
 - Pour batter into a parchment paper lined loaf pan, top with extra chocolate chips.
 - Bake for 25-30 minutes until a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean. Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
