Romesco and Sausage Flatbread

Ingredients
  

  • 1 flatbread pizza crust
  • cup romesco sauce
  • 2 chicken sausages, cut in ¼-inch rounds
  • 4 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • balsamic glaze, for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven as instructed on flatbread directions.
  • Spread romesco sauce on flat bread. Top with sausages, followed by mozzarella.
  • Bake as instructed on package.
  • Once done, drizzle with balsamic and cut into slices.
