Romesco and Sausage Flatbread

Ingredients
  

  • 1 flatbread pizza crust
  • cup romesco sauce
  • 2 chicken sausages, cut in ¼-inch rounds
  • 4 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • balsamic glaze, for drizzling

Method
 

  1. Pre-heat oven as instructed on flatbread directions.
  2. Spread romesco sauce on flat bread. Top with sausages, followed by mozzarella.
  3. Bake as instructed on package.
  4. Once done, drizzle with balsamic and cut into slices.
