plain or vanilla works, or I used cinnamon cereal flavored
chocolate chips,

Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk all the wet ingredients together until evenly combined.
Add in remaining dry ingredients, except chocolate chips, and mix until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Heat waffle iron and spray with oil. Pour in 1/2 cup of batter and cook until crispy on the outside and enjoy!
