Pico de Gallo

Ingredients
  

  • 3 roma tomatoes
  • ¼ white or yellow onion
  • ½ - 1 jalapeño, seeds and membrane removed.
  • juice of 1-2 limes
  • ¼ cup loosely packed cilantro
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Chop tomatoes and and place into a medium sized bowl.
  • Remove skin from onion and dice into small pieces. Add into bowl.
  • Cut jalapeño in half and remove seeds and membrane. Dice into small pieces and add to bowl.
  • Wash then chop cilantro, add to bowl along with lime juice and season with salt. Adjust to preference.
