Pico de Gallo

Ingredients
  

  • 3 roma tomatoes
  • ¼ white or yellow onion
  • ½ - 1 jalapeño, seeds and membrane removed.
  • juice of 1-2 limes
  • ¼ cup loosely packed cilantro
  • salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Chop tomatoes and and place into a medium sized bowl.
  2. Remove skin from onion and dice into small pieces. Add into bowl.
  3. Cut jalapeño in half and remove seeds and membrane. Dice into small pieces and add to bowl.
  4. Wash then chop cilantro, add to bowl along with lime juice and season with salt. Adjust to preference.
