Mango and Peach Creamsicles

Servings: 6 popsicles

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 cups frozen mango
  • 2-3 cups frozen peaches
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1-2 tbsp honey

Method
 

  1. Blend mangoes and peaches in a blender or food processor into small pieces.
  2. Add in 1 tbsp of honey and gradually add in coconut milk and blend until smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust to preference.
  4. Spoon into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  5. To remove popsicle from mold, run under warm water for 30-40 seconds.
