Wash and chop broccoli into bite sized pieces.
Add broccoli into a medium-large non stick pan over medium heat with just enough water to cover the bottom of the pan. Let steam for about 5-7 minutes or until broccoli turns bright green.
While the broccoli cooks, mix together honey sriracha sauce in a small bowl.
Remove broccoli from pan and add ground chicken to pan. Spread the meat out then let sit untouched for about 2-3 minutes so the bottom can brown. Break the chicken up to continue cooking, stirring occasionally until most of juices have evaporated, about 3-4 minutes.
Turn heat down to low and mix in sauce and broccoli into pan. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens a little.
Remove from heat, top with green onion garnish and serve with rice if preferred.
