High Protein Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 5.3oz container (or ½ cup) plain or vanilla greek yogurt
  • 3-4 strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tbsp almonds, chopped
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • dash of cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, add yogurt then top with sliced strawberries, chopped almonds, chia seeds, then drizzle with honey and add cinnamon.
