Grilled Teriyaki Shrimp

Course dinner, lunch, Main Course, Side Dish

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound raw shrimp, deveined and tails removed
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • olive oil, to spray grill grates
  • 10 skewers, optional
  • 1 serving homemade teriyaki sauce, recipe linked above

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, toss shrimp with salt and pepper.
  • If using skewers, add 4-5 shrimp to each.
  • If making teriyaki sauce, prepare as directed.
  • Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  • Oil grates then grill shrimp for 3-4 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  • Remove from heat and brush with teriyaki sauce.
