Grilled Teriyaki Shrimp

Ingredients

raw shrimp

deveined and tails removed
salt and pepper
,
to taste
olive oil,
to spray grill grates
10
skewers
,
optional

homemade teriyaki sauce
,

Instructions
In a medium bowl, toss shrimp with salt and pepper.
If using skewers, add 4-5 shrimp to each.
If making teriyaki sauce, prepare as directed.
Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Oil grates then grill shrimp for 3-4 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
Remove from heat and brush with teriyaki sauce.
