spinach

½ cup (or 1x5.3 oz container)
greek non fat plain yogurt

milk
of choice,
I used almond milk

scoops
collagen powder
dash of
cinnamon
handful of ice if using non frozen banana
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Top with more cinnamon and chia seeds if preferred.
