Pre heat oven to 350°F.
Whisk together in a bowl sweet potatoes, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and coconut oil until evenly combined.
Add in remaining ingredients until just combined.
Line a 6x9 inch baking dish with parchment paper and press in brownie mix. Top with extra chocolate chips.
Bake in oven for 18-22 minutes. Let rest for at least 10 minutes before cutting. Top with flakey salt and serve with ice cream.
