Mix together all the ingredients and set in fridge to allow flavors to come together while you prepare the burgers.
Burgers
Mix together all ingredients, then divide meat into 4 patties, about 1 inch thick. Press an indent into the center of each patty.
Cook the burgers in a non-stick pan over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side. For the last minute on the second side, place the slice of cheese over each patty to melt.
Meanwhile, toast the buns until golden brown.
To assemble
Place the burgers on top of the buns, top with tomato mix and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
