Avocado Hummus

Course: Appetizer, dip, Side Dish, Snack

Ingredients
  

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 (13oz) can chickpeas, drained
  • 1-2 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1-1.5 cups cilantro
  • 2-3 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • sesame seeds, to garnish - optional

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients (starting with the lesser amount listed) except olive oil, into a food processor or blender.
  2. Start blending while gradually pouring in olive oil until smooth. Taste and adjust to liking.
  3. Garnish with sesame seeds and extra cilantro
