bananas

melted and cooled

vanilla

tahini

maple syrup

apple cider vinegar
Dry Ingredients
1½
cup
oat flour
1½
tsp
cinnamon

tsp
baking powder

tsp
baking soda
pinch of
salt
chocolate chips,
as much as desired
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a medium bowl, mash bananas with a fork.
Add in remaining wet ingredients and whisk until well combined.
Add in all dry ingredients, except chocolate chips and mix until just combined. Mix in chocolate chips and mix again just until evenly combined.
Pour batter into a parchment paper lined loaf pan, top with extra chocolate chips.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean. Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
