Chocolate Coating

Instructions
In a bowl, mix together all the brownie ingredients until evenly mixed.
Use a tablespoon measuring spoon to scoop out and form into 12 balls. Place on a plate and set in fridge to chill for at 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, microwave chocolate chips and coconut oil for 20s. Stir then heat in 10s increments until chocolate is melted.
Use a fork to help coat the balls in the chocolate then place on a parchment lined plate sprinkle with additional salt if preferred. Repeat with all the balls and place back into fridge until set.
To store, keep in an airtight container in the fridge.
