Oreo Protein Smoothie

Servings: 1 smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 small frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter, or favorite nut butter
  • 1 serving plain or vanilla protein powder
  • splash milk of choice
  • 3 oreos

Method
 

  1. In a blender or food processor, add all ingredients except oreos. Blend until smooth, adding a splash more milk as needed. The less you add, the thicker it'll be.
  2. Once smooth, add oreos and pulse a few times.
  3. Transfer to a cup and enjoy!
