Ingredients
1.5
small
frozen banana
2
tbsp
peanut butter,
or favorite nut butter
1
serving
plain or vanilla
protein powder
splash
milk
of choice
3
oreos
Instructions
In a blender or food processor, add all ingredients except oreos. Blend until smooth, adding a splash more milk as needed. The less you add, the thicker it'll be.
Once smooth, add oreos and pulse a few times.
Transfer to a cup and enjoy!
