Blueberry Chia Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup plain non-fat greek yogurt, or 1 (5.3oz) container
  • cup almond milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup rolled oats or old-fashioned oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • ¾ cup blueberries, frozen or fresh
Optional additional toppings
  • nut butter
  • chopped nuts
  • granola

Method
 

  1. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together yogurt and milk until smooth.
  2. Mix in remaining ingredients until evenly combined.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and place in fridge overnight to set.
  4. Mix again then distribute evenly among 3 containers. Place back in fridge to store. Once ready to eat, top with any additional toppings of preference.
