Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • ½ - ¾ cup milk of choice
  • ½ cup plain or strawberry non-fat greek yogurt
  • 1 serving plain or vanilla protein powder

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
