Ingredients

full fat coconut milk

strawberries

frozen or fresh

cup
chia seeds

maple syrup

vanilla extract

5.3 oz container
strawberry greek yogurt
optional topping
crushed freeze dried strawberries
granola
Instructions
To a blender add strawberries and coconut milk. Blend until smooth.
To a bowl, add the blended strawberry milk, chia seeds, maple syrup and vanilla. Mix until evenly combined.
Chill in the fridge for at least two hours or overnight.
Divide chia seeds pudding and yogurt into 3 portions. Top with any preferred toppings and enjoy.
