In a large bowl, whisk together all the wet ingredients until evenly combined.
Add in dry ingredients, except chocolate, and mix until evenly combined. Then stir in chocolate chips
Lightly butter a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Once hot, scoop out ⅓ cup of batter and pour onto skillet. Once bubbling around the edges, about 3-4 minutes, flip pancakes over to cook for another 3-4 minutes. Repeat by butter skillet again and continue cooking pancakes in batches.
